You'll lead the discovery work that keeps Vygux honest — studying real clinical workflows and shaping solutions around the people who use, maintain, and depend on them.
Expect fieldwork, co-design sessions, and a direct line from insight to product decisions.
What you'll do
- Plan and run interviews, observations, and co-design workshops
- Conduct usability studies and synthesize actionable insight
- Map clinical workflows, constraints, and infrastructure realities
- Partner with engineering to turn findings into requirements
What we're looking for
- Experience in design research, HCI, or applied social science
- Comfort working in clinical or community settings
- Strong synthesis and storytelling skills
- Empathy, rigor, and curiosity
